In 2011 I was invited to participate in the Imóvel project. The collective exhibition took place in the same space where Pivô would be established in the following year and did not occupy the entire area that Pivô occupies today. At the limit of the exhibition area, through glass panes of a perhaps original partition, it was possible to visualize this great room shown in the photograph. I occupied the space with a sound installation that reproduced in full the album Chega de Saudade (1959), by João Gilberto. The sound, besides occupying the hall, entered the exhibition space in a subtle way, affirming, also through negation, the permanence of a memory.
